Screens and demo data

The screenshots on this website are the real PHVIQ product, shown with synthetic demo data. All people, companies, vehicles, registrations and amounts in them are fictitious.

What the status labels mean

Live means the feature is in the product today. Rolling out means it is being switched on. Coming soon and Planned mean it is on our roadmap and not available yet. Roadmap items may change, and we don't promise dates for them.

Planned integrations and partners

Integrations marked "Coming soon" or "Planned" are ones we intend to build. Unless a page says otherwise, no partnership with those companies has been agreed, and listing them does not mean they endorse PHVIQ. Integrations that need your own account (for example WhatsApp Business, Meta or Google Ads) work only once you connect that account.

Illustrative figures and the hours calculator

The 200-car example and the hours calculator are an illustrative model, not a customer result or a guarantee. Your results depend on your fleet, volumes, issuers and processes.

Prices

Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. Plans, limits and add-on prices may change; the price that applies is the one confirmed when you sign up.

Legal and compliance information

Descriptions of PCN liability rules, licensing, VAT, electronic signatures and consumer credit explain how PHVIQ works. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Ask your own adviser, and have your solicitor review your hire agreement wording. PHVIQ's e-signing records who signed, what and when; it is not a "qualified electronic signature".

Security and certifications

PHVIQ does not currently hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, and we haven't published a penetration test. We describe the controls the product has today, such as role permissions, approvals, audit trails and backups.

Bia, the AI assistant

Bia can make mistakes. By default, anything that sends a message or moves money waits for a person to approve it, and you choose which actions Bia may do on its own.
